Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, independent, self-motivated, and responsive
• Posses a valid driving license.

Job Description

• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and promote the Company’s service and maintenance offerings.
• Proactively engage customers to promote the Company’s servicing, repair, and maintenance solutions in order to achieve assigned KPIs.
• Coordinate service quotations after technician inspection to facilitate repair approval and service arrangements.
• Monitor customer service needs and coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare weekly activity reports on customer visits, follow-ups, and business development progress.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, after-sales service, or customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with air-conditioning systems and components is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with good relationship management abilities.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple service requests.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking customers).
• Must possess a valid Singapore driving license
