2017: NHGD, National Healthcare Group Diagnostic

Tender: Major fabrication using antibacterial Glass Fiber Reinforced Panel for the Mobile X-Ray van, making it a completely hygienic and sterile environment for Mobile X-Ray operations.

2017: HPB, 9m Mobile Dental Clinic Trailer

Tender: A ground breaking project meticulously designed and constructed by MONZONE Engineering & Project Team. This initial five unit Mobile Dental Clinic encompasses essential features such as artwork decals, compact staircases design, awnings, antibacterial walls, table tops, cabinets, anti-slip flooring, exhaust ventilation, system 3 air conditioning, lead-lining for the X-Ray room, water and electrical supply.

2017: SATS, Singapore Mobile Chiller Dolly

In 2017, MONZONE teams designed and constructed the Singapore 1st Mobile Chiller Dolly. This refrigeration unit incorporates the TZ-1200 Thermo King Refrigeration system and features an internal storage system capable of accommodating LD3, LD6, and pallets. Customized stoppers ensure secure loading, unloading of these items.

2017: SATS, Singapore Airport Terminal Services

Revamping the entire scissor Hi-lift body and Structure, replacing it with a completely new installation container while utilizing minimal existing accessories. Special treatment is applied to prevent termite intrusion.

2020: HPB Relaunch MDC

The newly designed artworks for the balance seven units out of a total 27 units were created by HPB and constructed by MONZONE. The interior features a fully antibacterial design, encompassing the floor, tabletop, cabinet surfaces, and walls. This design ensures a maximum sterile environment and aligns with the hygiene requirements set forth for the MDC.

The 27 units of 9 m long Trailer MDC are equipped with two dental chairs and one X-Ray machine, providing comprehensive dental support to students in participating schools.

2020: dnata Chiller Dolly

The officially launched and announced Chiller Dolly has been published in newspapers and digital cmedia outlets to the airline industry.

This antibacterial mobile dolly distributes vaccines and pharmaceutical products utilizing Germany’s state-of-the-art technology, nano-silver ions to eliminate bacteria on its surface, thereby creating maximum hygiene and sterile environments.

The Chiller Dolly employs the SLXI400 self-powered refrigeration system, which operates independently with exceptional temperature control capabilities. This ensures that waiting times are significantly reduced, enabling the achievement of minus 25 degrees Celsius.

2022: NLB, Singapore National Library Board

Installing new rooftop THERMO KING bus Aircon units and conducting major fabrication on the roofs of the Mobile Library Minibuses. Additionally, providing a 3-year maintenance package. With our expertise, experience, and engineering support, we confidently resolve issues related to rainwater intrusion and aircon supply, saving customers tremendous costs.

2023: THERMO KING Fully Electric Refrigeration System

The first EV580 THERMO KING fully electric refrigeration system was successfully installed on a 10-foot electric truck.

This system demonstrated continuous operation at full load for six hours, utilizing a battery capacity of approximately 54 kWh. This achievement represents a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to develop and deploy fully electric refrigeration solutions.

2025: NDCS, National Dental Centre Singapore

We designed, developed, and fabricated a customized Mobile Dental Bus in full compliance with NDCS’s stringent specifications. The bus is equipped with one dental chair, an X-ray machine, antibacterial flooring, and custom-built wall cabinets to ensure optimal functionality and hygiene.
